• Delivery: Products are typically shipped from our facility in Ajman, UAE. Delivery times vary based on destination and shipping method.
• Shipping: We ship to 50+ countries worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated based on volume, weight, and destination.
• Packaging: Products are packaged according to international standards for safe transport of hazardous materials where applicable.
• Returns: Due to the nature of chemical products, returns are not accepted unless the product is defective or damaged during shipping. Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.

For private label and custom manufacturing orders, additional terms apply:

• Agreement: Private label orders require a separate written agreement outlining specifications, branding, quantities, and timelines.
• Branding: Customer must provide proof of trademark ownership or authorization for any branding provided.
• Formulation: Custom formulations become the intellectual property of the customer once payment is completed. Kwality may use general knowledge and skills gained for other customers.
• Payment: Private label orders typically require 50% advance payment with balance due before shipment.
• Timeline: Typical production time is 8-12 weeks from order confirmation, depending on formulation complexity and packaging requirements.

Our products are backed by the following:

• Products meet the specifications stated in their respective Technical Data Sheets (TDS)
• Products are manufactured in our ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 certified facility
• Every batch undergoes quality testing before release
