Our manufacturing base is a single facility in Al Jurf Industrial Area 1, Ajman, United Arab Emirates. Base oil storage, blending, filling and laboratory quality control all happen inside these walls — which is what lets us control the finished product instead of depending on third parties.
Virgin base stocks combined with a selected additive package in batch tanks, following a controlled formulation per grade — so viscosity and performance stay consistent batch to batch.
1 L and 4 L bottles for retail, 20 L pails for workshops, 208 L drums and bulk for industrial and fleet customers.
Every finished batch is tested on site against its specification before release. If a batch does not meet spec, it does not get filled.

Every Kwality product is blended from virgin base stocks. This matters most where it is hardest to see: oxidation stability, deposit control and drain performance in a working engine or hydraulic system.
Approvals and claims: performance claims are published only where they are supported on the pack and in the Technical Data Sheet. Request the current TDS for the exact specification level of a grade before comparing it against an equipment manufacturer's requirement.

CRANKOL 15W-40 API CK-4, which covers CJ-4 and CI-4, is built for trucks, buses and fleets, plus construction and mining equipment — with the viscosity stability and deposit control demanded by extended service intervals in the Gulf.
